Le Mas Bleu

o If you don't like oysters, this is not one for you! If you do, it's well worth a trip!
o The menu is oysters just pulled from the lagoon, raw mussels and bulots (whelks) if you want, and cold, cooked shrimp. Plus bread and butter, and super-crisp local white wine. And that's it! Nothing hot, no coffee.
o Just super-fresh, no-frills, local ingredients, served on the banks of the canal where the oyster boats moor
o Fantastic atmosphere, packed in summer. Bring a jacket in the cooler months.
o Excellent value on the seafood and wine
o No reservations, just rock up. If they're full, there are other similar options along both banks.
o The car parks are big, but avoid peak hours
